Sad Boy Soul (Feixel Vol. 1)

Indie Soul Sample-Pack with 15 original compositions recorded with cheap analog gear and real instruments only, inspired by dark old Soul, R&B and Pop ballads from the early 70s like Donny Hathaway, Marvin Gaye, Roberta Flack, 24-Carat Black, the Kinks, Supertramp and more. Every sample is over a minute long (not looping).


Most compositions are based on an old crappy grand piano and haunting male falsetto vocals but it also contains a broken Wurlitzer 140b, washy guitars, electric sitars, glockenspiel, gospel choirs, a lot of (mono) reverb and more stuff you would tipically find in Deep Soul ballads from that era mixed with a more timeless switch on the comopositional side.

Everything is labeled with bpm and key and bounced one bar before the start to have a clean fade.
